Frequently Asked Questions

We aim to ship any items out the day we receive them, or within 1-2 business days. However during some periods we may get behind on certain rounds. If you are concerned that your order is taking a while, please feel free to send us an email and we will let you know.

Special sizes (356) may take up to 2 weeks to ship out. Feel free to email to check the status if you are concerned.

Please note: If you have a tracking number that says "Label Printed" your order is already packed and shipped out that day. USPS may not give us a pickup scan.

Currently there is a large amount of shipping delays, particularly with USPS and their Greensboro plant. This is creating delays up to 2-3 weeks for delivery. This has also begun causing delays of up to 1-2 weeks before the first scan may even occur. If you need your package urgently, please choose FedEx Shipping at the cart. If you want to order a case, add 3 boxes to the cart for the FedEx option to be shown. Unfortunately, we cannot ship FedEx to Puerto Rico.

Unfortunately, USPS has been refusing to scan our packages upon pickup since March 2025. Starting in June 2025, they stopped scanning them upon reaching Greensboro as well. While we are frustrated by this, we are seeing them usually reach their destination within 2-3 weeks. They will put through usually all the scans at the time of the next destination after Greensboro.

Rest assured, we gave them your package within a day from when you saw "Label Created"

FedEx Shipping is unavailable if any of the following is true.

  • Your order contains a case marked - FREE SHIPPING
  • You are in Puerto Rico

If the above 2 do not apply for you, send us a message through the contact form. Make sure to include what is in your cart. This helps us know what is going on.

We ship using FedEx Express 2 day shipping. Unfortunately these are unable to send to a PO Box since those are ran via USPS. If you happen to order a FedEx shipped item and have a PO Box as your address, it will be shipped USPS and you can expect an email. Be sure if you want FedEx shipping you use a physical address.

Please send an email to us at sales@thebluebullets.com with a photo of the certificate including the code and expiration date. We will check our systems and be sure you can rightfully use them!

If this is a code from our contingency program of less than a year old, this also applies for them. We believe you should have access to your rewards. 

We are aware there are some people who would rather order the cheaper shipping option and be able to wait.

On top of this, both USPS and FedEx are shipped using their Flat Rate/One Rate shipping to keep costs down.

With FedEx, the weight limit is 50lb which is about 2 boxes. But our cases and subscriptions are 3 boxes, which falls within the USPS weight limit of 70lb. To ship a case with FedEx would double the shipping costs. 

As a final, USPS is the only flat rate that can ship to Puerto Rico. We would prefer not to cut them off by switching to FedEx only. 

We do our best to warn people about the delays with USPS and have the option of FedEx if they would like. That way they have the option of a faster option at a cost, or the cheaper option and to wait. 

For a couple of months we had errors that temporarily would cause issues with accessing the site on occasions, though it would fix itself in minutes. As of November 26th, 2025, this error should be fixed.

If you continue to see any errors pop up that prevent access momentarily, send us an email on sales@thebluebullets.com specifically mentioning the error code and a screenshot if you can. 

Items are labeled in their counts with what they are shipped as. Bags are in multiples of 250 or 100, samples are in multiples of 10-50. Boxes are in multiples of 425-1500. The largest item in a group for sale is always a case.

All USPS shipments are shipped with Priority Mail.
They usually take between 3 days and 3 weeks to arrive.

All FedEx shipments are shipped with Express 2 Day shipping.
They usually take 2-3 days to arrive.

This is our spam and fraud prevention filter. Some VPNs will set this off we have found. If you have a VPN on, temporarily disable it and attempt to place your order again.
